After speaking with Ana 3/4 times it gave us confidence to bring Office Fox into the mix with regards to our managed print and Telephony contracts running in the business. But as over 60% of our staff are now working remotely, office equipment that is not being used would need to be removed as part of our new working vision moving forward and realigned with the correct volume and services due to these changes.
2 Finance/lease contracts where reviewed, Photocopiers (x 3 devices Ricoh) And 37 handsets (Alcatel units) with 2 / 3 years remaining on both, Office Fox were able to engage with the finance companies relating to both contracts and work a New solution for us by downsizing both contracts to our 2021 Needs as well as removing all service agreements in place due to business changes.
The change over was quick and efficient and we would recommend them again in the future for these services.

ALL 3 quotes were very similar. But with Office Fox we were able to have access to an agile rental contract which enables us to upgrade/downgrade at any stage.
