15 Finsbury Circus
A striking feature of the Finsbury Circus office building is its impressive, neo-classical exterior façade in natural stone. The property thus blends in perfectly with its historic surroundings near London Wall. The building has two grand entrances, one on Finsbury Circus and one on South Place. It provides 145,000 sq ft of new, light-filled Grade A office space. From the offices, users have unrestricted views of the green space of Finsbury Circus Garden while at the same time enjoying all the advantages of the urban surroundings. We were approached by Ana at Office Fox with regards to what our return to work technology strategy looked like. In short, office equipment changes due to Covid19 and as a result of that new requirements needed in the business.
After speaking with Ana 3/4 times it gave us confidence to bring Office Fox into the mix with regards to our managed print and Telephony contracts running in the business. But as over 60% of our staff are now working remotely, office equipment that is not being used would need to be removed as part of our new working vision moving forward and realigned with the correct volume and services due to these changes.
2 Finance/lease contracts where reviewed, Photocopiers (x 3 devices Ricoh) And 37 handsets (Alcatel units) with 2 / 3 years remaining on both, Office Fox were able to engage with the finance companies relating to both contracts and work a New solution for us by downsizing both contracts to our 2021 Needs as well as removing all service agreements in place due to business changes.
The change over was quick and efficient and we would recommend them again in the future for these services.

We have been speaking to Office Fox for around 24 months now with a view to seeing if they were able to offer us a competitive price when the Franking machine contract was in it’s renewal stage.
As a business we went outbound for 3 quotes, 1 being a main manufacturer, 1 distributor and Office Fox. Across All 3 they had access to ALL machines available in the market so this seemed logical to run this exercise.
ALL 3 quotes were very similar. But with Office Fox we were able to have access to an agile rental contract which enables us to upgrade/downgrade at any stage. All supplies included in the costs but more importantly an account manager that hadreal experience in this area with the machines, contract costs on ALL companies and in a nutshell going above and beyond to win our business.
We are very happy with the outcome of the change over, as well as guidance on termination of the old contract and support in retaining ALL outstanding monies owed to the business. If anyone is reviewing their Franking machine agreement this year or next I would encourage a quote from Office Fox 110%.

Office Fox contacted us and asked if they could provide us with a demonstration on total contract cost savings no lower than 33% as they had experience in this sector and strong wholesale rates as well as good quality funding lines.
We undertook this exercise and were surprised at how easy it was for them to reduce our current finance exposure on the existing lease (3 years remaining also) and have had 10/10 service so far should we need to contact them for anything.
